Seminar/Workshop sensory analysis using the Heracles e-nose
The seminar will show how sensory analysis using gas chromatographic analysis can aid in the distinction of different products that are otherwise cloe in sensory properties.
Coffee is a good example – we will provide and discuss dta that was acquired on our own instrumentatino.Other examples of the use of the Heracles E-nose for quality control and off-flavor analysis will also be provided
