All training sessions taking place at our facilities include “full board”, that is:
The price for a specific training course can be found alongside the description of the course – or at the overview pages. All prices are without added VAT. Please note, that it is a specific demand of the danish tax authorities that danish VAT must be added to any invoice relating to training activities that take place in Denmark.
Following the completion of one of our training courses you will receive a proof of participation.
Signing up for a specific training course is final whenever the signup has been confirmed by us (by email). In the case of a no show up no reimbursement will be made. Note however, that it is possible to unsubscribe at no cost up to four weeks before the starting date of the training course.
Participants will be signed up for training in the order we receive the sign up requests. With a sufficient number of attendees we confirm the actual organisation of the training course two weeks before the planned training, as the latest.
If we fail to obtain a sufficient number of subscriptions for a specific training course, we wil cancel this particular course. All subscribed participants will be notified by email about confirmation or cancellation.
It is possible to unsubscribe at no cost up to four weeks before the starting date of the training course. In case of a late unsubscription we will
invoice the full cost of the specific training course.
Invoices are issues to be paid prior to the first date of the training. In case of late sign-ups we of course accept payments later that this. Please contact us if this situation occurs.
We reserve the right of making changes to the training agenda for the specific training session.
