We use the TeamViewer program for remote diagnosis and remote support of our clients’ installations. TeamViewer is a recognized platform that is often used for remote support and presentations.

How to use the TeamViewer program

The QuickSupport module can be run without being installed on the local machine. Access is code-protected and is only available as long as the TeamViewer program runs on the local machine.
